Privacy Policy

PythagorOS is a multi-tenant school admissions CRM. We process school staff accounts and the student, parent, and payment data each school stores in its tenant.

Schools control their own records. Platform administrators may access a tenant only for onboarding, support, or security review, and those actions are written to the audit log.

Payment card data is handled by Razorpay (or another gateway the school connects). Messaging may be sent through the school’s configured SMTP, Resend, Twilio, Interakt, or Acefone account.
